Job Description
The Reinsurance Operations Division Manager is responsible for the creation of transaction data files, the input of transaction(s) into the accounting system, reconciliation of outstanding investment treaties, monitoring of collateral requirements, and other ongoing transaction maintenance. Liaising between the portfolio management/underwriting team and back-office operations group.
Job Requirement
Required Academic Qualifications and skills: BA/B.SC Degree in Management/ Accounting/Economics or related field of study
Minimum Work Experience: A minimum of 8 years experience in insurance operation of which 4 years in a managerial/supervisory position
Other required skills: – Computer literate
Years of experience will be counted after graduation
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
