Job Description
The Principal Reinsurance Operations Officer coordinates all reinsurance activities. Ensures compliance with set standards for reinsurance. Assists Unit Head in packaging sound and robust treaty arrangements for the company. Preparation of data and statistics for the treaty negotiation.
Job Requirement
Required Academic Qualifications and skills: BA/B.SC Degree in Management/ Accounting/Economics or related field of study
Minimum Work Experience: A minimum of 6 years experience in insurance operation
Other required skills: – Computer literate
Years of experience will be counted after graduation
Duty Station: Addis Ababa
