Job Description
Being a driving force and leading the team within the department.
Sustain relationships with existing agents and agencies.
Monitor the effective placement of advertisements in reference to the placement order/schedule.
Arrange fluent planning, scheduling, tracking, and executing of a project
Develop a business development strategy for the team that includes consistent tracking of and planning for new orders with various current and future clients
Prioritizing multiple tasks, taking initiative, resolving conflicts, being creative, coordinating, and reporting
Participate in intra-group collaboration and coordination related to business development and strategic planning
Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
Candidates must be enthusiastic, high-energy, and goal driven
Bachelor’s Degree in business Administration, Marketing management or a related field
4+ years of experience in the media industry.
Proficient in MS Office, MS Excel, etc
Strong negotiation, presentation, and written skills with ability and strengthen industry relationship
