Master's Degree in Health or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Actively involve and support PHC projects and or program staffs during preparation of annual plans, biannual revisions and quarter plans to make sure that the plan is realistic, complete and comply with agreed donor requirements and also check quarter plans before approved. - Undertake monthly and quarterly (as necessary lesser frequent) performance reviews and provide feedback to PHC projects and/or programs managers to regularly monitor implementation of planned activities

MD in Public Health, Infectious Diseases or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Lead the technical design and implementation of TB/DR-TB strategies, ensuring alignment with national policies and USAID priorities. - Provide expert guidance on diagnosis, treatment, prevention, and care for TB and DR-TB, including newer diagnostics and treatment regimens  - Support scale-up of differentiated TB case-finding approaches including community-based screening, contact investigation, and private sector engagement.
