Senior Digital Banking Officer process and verify wire transfers, traditional and same day transactions, debit card payments, Real Time Payments (RTP), and other transactions. Work with other Bank employees to resolve client requests and discrepancies related to Digital Banking Operations.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Educational Qualification : BA degree in Management, Accounting, Business Administration, Banking & Finance, Economics or related fields

• Minimum Relevant (Banking ) Work Experience : 8 years of banking experience, preferably at Head Office, out of which 2 years as digital officer.
