Job Description

The Personnel Officer performs administrative functions and provides support to the training and development for employees and the recruiting, screening, and hiring of new staff in accordance with Department policies. The employee reports to a higher level officer.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum Educational Qualification : BA Degree in Management, Human Resource Management, or related fields

  • Minimum Relevant (Banking ) Work Experience : 8 years of banking experience, preferably at Head Office, out of which 2 years as personnel Officer

Place of work: Head office /Addis Ababa/
