Job requirements

Skills, Experience & Education:

First Degree in Marketing/ Management/ Business Administration/ Economics or related field of study with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.

Must have valid minimum Automobile/2nd grade driving license

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Conduct EDS in assigned areas

Managing EDS process

Prepare and organize EDS in the assigned area

Manage mapping process

Executive implementation of RTM model

Prepare design, KPI and management tools to maintain the RTM Model

Managed RTM project performance

Recruit and select staff

Manage training & coaching

Location: Addis Ababa
