BSc Degree in Computer Sciences or in a related field of study Duties and Responsibilities: - Provide first-line technical support to end-users (staff, students, visitors) via phone, email, or in person, addressing hardware, software, and network issues promptly and professionally - Diagnose and resolve issues related to computers, printers, servers, telecommunication equipment, AV equipment, and other IT systems - Maintain and upgrade computer systems, servers, and peripherals; install and configure software applications and updates

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Electrical, Computer Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties and Responsibilities: - Assist in setting up, configuring, and maintaining HPC systems, including servers, storage, and networking components. - Support the installation and management of Linux/Unix systems and job schedulers (SLURM, PBS). - Help automate basic system tasks using scripting (Python or Bash). - Monitor system performance and assist with updates, security, and troubleshooting.
