Job Description

HSHARY Trading Plc, a medical equipment importer and distributer would like to hire competent applicants on the  HR Assistant position.

Duties include, but are not limited to: 

  • Assists with day to day operations of HR functions and duties o Provide key support in compiling , updating and maintaining employee records

  • Assist in the recruitment, hiring and onboarding process for new staff members 

  • Perform clerical duties

  • Maintain office supplies and Supervise office cleaner

  • Making event arrangement for workshop, training, meeting, and provide logistical support 

  • Make travel arrangement o Ensure timely settlement of vendor payments (internet, transport, and utility)

  • Assists on import process (ERIS pre-import, Single window (ESW))

Number Of Position: One

Sex: Female

Job Requirements

Qualification: 

  • BA in Human Resource Management or other related field 

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

  • English language proficiency

  • Work experience in medical import business is a Plus
