Currently, we have an exciting opportunity for the role of Stock Manager and we are looking for passionate, capable, and competent candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus.

The incumbent will be responsible to lead settlement to ensure effective post-route settlement processes are in place and ensure effective control of stock such that all stock transactions are accounted for, and that the system inventory levels are reflective of physical inventory within the warehouse & customer accounts are reflective of the stock that was physically delivered. 

The Stock Manager will report directly to the Logistics Manager and will lead and manage a team of front-line supervisors.

This position requires engagement and partnership with stakeholders including functional heads and leadership across and outside the business. As such, this position must be able to effectively engage, negotiate, influence, and communicate to meet the business needs.

  • Leads the process of accurate and prompt daily and monthly stock counting.

  • Leads all daily stock management tasks.

  • Leads the settlement to ensure effective post-route settlement processes are in place.

  • Leads the implementation and evaluation of processes in the Operation.

Job Requirements

  • First Degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management, Accounting and Finance, Management, Business Management, or related fields.

  • A minimum of 7 years logistics experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of line management experience

  • Knowledge of logistics operations in FMCG organizations

  • Experience in logistics and business software systems(ERP)
