Duties and Responsibilities  

• Ensures that all the stored goods are properly labelled

• Ensures that goods and items are properly stored, picked, packed and loaded and reports any issues;

• Fully operates in the warehouse and is responsible for all storekeeping activities;

• Receives and checks incoming goods and items against the delivery note and reports any issues;

• Supervise items during loading and unloading;

• Updates bin cards and stock cards when supervising an inventory transaction;

• Ensure the correctness in the quality, quantity, specifications, condition of the materials received from vendors;

• Stock the materials received from vendors properly to ensure easy access to identification, verification and, handling;

• Ensures arrangement of the shelving of the items as per their appropriate locations;

• Ensures that storage and transport of equipment complies with laws and regulations in the country; • Prioritizes the warehouse and dispatch daily work in collaboration with the respective team members;

• Inspects samples of all batches of arriving items and performs quality control (like unpacking, packing, labelling etc.);

• Maintains adequate filling and archives and Make sure that backup of electronic files is done on a regular basis;

• Other tasks as assigned by your supervisor

Job Requirements

Education:

• BA Degree or Diploma in Logistics, Store Keeping or related fields

Experience:

• 2 years and more

Skill:

• Basic computer usage

• English language
