Prepare regular reports on performance and forecasts.

Diploma in a related field of study with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and assist drivers and riders with inquiries. - Provide clear and accurate information about services - Handle complaints professionally and escalate when needed.

Completion of 12th Grade with relevant work experience Duties & Responsibilities: - Actively go out and register drivers to the Yango platform. - Clearly explain the benefits and how to use the app. - Achieve daily and weekly registration targets. - Report daily performance to your scout leader
