EDGET GARMENT S.C. is looking to recruit an experienced, energetic, and committed General Manager for its real estate business.

One of the specific services that HST offers to its clients is the recruitment of the professional staff they need to fill their critical high-level leadership positions.

HST has been engaged by EDGET GARMENT S.C. to undertake the recruitment of General Manager for the Company’s real estate business.

The General Manager is expected to provide strategic leadership, oversee, and manage the Company’s Real Estate Business including construction projects.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the business unit strategy and plan according to the strategic directions of the Company.

• Lead the selection and monitoring of Consultants, Contractors, Marketing and other partners engaged in Real Estate business and manage relationships to build long term sustainable business partners.

• Lead the performance monitoring and evaluation Real Estate Business including construction Works and / or Services projects.

• Lead the development of effective property and asset management processes, polices and work procedures.

• Lead the sales of real estate business products and attraction of corporate and others customers.

• Represent the Company related to real estate business issues.

• Ensure sales and construction projects are meeting pre-defined objectives and performance indicators.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality and timely delivery of real estate products.

• Collaborate with senior management to stimulate thinking on opportunities and organizational capabilities to formulate strategies, concepts, and solutions to real estate business issues.

• Maintain in-depth knowledge of real estate industry trends and contribute to the identification and implementation, if approved, of best practices and better develop understanding of the business unit.

• Establish effective linkages between business unit planning processes and companywide planning activities to ensure consistency.

• Lead the process to define business KRA’s and KPI’s and develop appropriate systems and tools in the performance management system to track these KRA’s and KPI’s.

Job Requirements

Required Qualification and Experience

• Master’s degree in Construction Technology and Management, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related fields with Ten (10) years of demonstrated experience out of which four (4) years in a managerial position in a Real Estate Business.                               

Or

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Technology & Management, Civil Engineering, or related fields with Fourteen (14) years of demonstrated experience of which six (6) years in a managerial position in a Real Estate Business.

• Experience in high rise building projects or complex projects such as big real estate, or neighborhood, or suburban, or University, or Hospital, or Airport, or related development projects is desirable.

• Preferred to have an experience on both Design Build and / or Design-Bid-Build project delivery methods.

• Should have a minimum of professional or a practicing professional Certificate of Competence in their related fields.
