Job Description
- Provide leadership to teammates through coaching mentorship.

- Drive the deal pipeline for TechFin, managing the different categories.
- Track the pipeline, overcoming obstacles to ensure we hit financial and sales targets
- Lead the market TechFin sales teams to recommend, develop, and implement new and creative approaches to grow the Fintech business.
- Report and interact with business development team to indicate the status of TechFin’s deal progres
Job Requirements
- BA degree in MIS, Business, Accounting and Finance or in other related fields.
- 3+ years commercial banking experience
- Experience leading and supporting sales teams to win new business, especially in innovative industries with demonstrated experience in transformation of commercial and client engagement processes
- Extensive experience in the payments / fintech / banking or related technology industry with experience of operating in a matrix, multi-national, and entrepreneurial environment
- Thorough knowledge of the features and benefits of all bank’s commercial products and services
- A working knowledge of bank operating policies and procedures which impact commercial services
- Demonstrated experience with sales/bank operations and building, leading managing and coaching a team.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Good sales and negotiation skills
- Good exposure to project management
- Experience with source control management systems and continuous integration/deployment environments
