Under direct supervision of APCfC Administration & Finance Manager, the overall role of the Driver is to drive APCfC vehicles to transport organization personnel or visitors and serving as a messenger.

Key Duties and Responsibilities of Driver:

• ​Provide transport services using organization’s vehicle.

• Completes vehicle logbook and ensures that all journeys undertaken are authorized by supervisor.

• Collects and delivers external mail, to various destinations as required.

• Drives/collects visitors and staff to/from various destinations as required.

• Cleans vehicles and ensures that they are always kept in a clean and tidy condition.

• Ensures that the vehicle is always roadworthy and reports defects.

• undertakes other related duties as directed by the supervisor.

Required number: 1 (One)

Terms of Employment: Six months, with possibility of extension

Basic Salary: Birr 8,500.00 (Eight thousand five hundred only).

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• ​TVET Certificate plus two years, or Secondary school Education (grade 8) certificate plus 4 years.

• Automobile/Light duty driver’s license
