We are looking for technically skilled candidates with good problem-solving ability for the position of IT technician. The duties of an IT technician include being a reference point for all IT related queries at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner and ensuring the optimal running of all systems, among other technical duties.

·        Installing and configuring hardware and software components to ensure usability.

·        Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.

·        Repairing or replacing damaged hardware.

·        Upgrading the entire system to enable compatible software on all computers.

·        Installing and upgrading anti-virus software to ensure security at the user level.

·        Performing tests and evaluations of new software and hardware.

·        Participate in conception, design, development, implementation and deployment of web-based user interface systems

·        Direct involvement in elements of design, development and maintenance of website

·        Develop web applications using Python, JavaScript, HTML and CSS

·        Develop HTML emails

·        Leading the design of the team’s intranet site and then building it out with guidance from the Innovation team

·        Building Websites and applications by writing code (HTML, JS, CSS)

Job Requirements

·        Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.

·        2+ years of experience in computer networks and systems maintenance.

·        Must have technical skills.

·        Familiar with the CCTV cameras and other related equipment’s.

·        Should have the ability to troubleshoot the CCTV cameras.

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·        Proficient in database programming and software installation.

·        Attention to detail.

·        Good problem-solving skills.
