Job Description

A branch manager is an employee who oversees the operations of a branch of a bank or financial institution. The branch manager's responsibilities include managing resources and staff, developing and attaining sales goals, delivering customer service, and growing the location's revenues.

Job requirements

Education: BA degree in Accounting /Management/Business Administration or any other related fields of study.

Experience: Minimum Six years of relevant banking Experience.

Duty Station:

• Teqwa Branch, (IFB Dedicated Branch) (Re Advert)

• Boku Migra Bake Branch Under West Finfinne District Office

• Jibat Branch Under West Finfinne District Office

Registration Place: West Finfinne District Office, Found Behind Addis Ababa University, School of Commerce.

Remuneration: As per the Bank’s salary scale and benefit scheme

Terms of employment: Permanent after probationary period
