1. Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clients, SE, contractors, and team members.
3. Proficient in the use of project management tools, and engineering analysis software,excel.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
5. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7.Have a demonstrated ability to successfully interact of different Cultural backgrounds and beliefs,which includes- a willingness to undestand and be tolerant of differing opinions and views.
