Jenboro Real Estate has two sister companies; Wedber Concrete Mix and Exshesh Gravel Production companies. Working closely together with our sister companies allows us to build efficiently and deliver to our clients on time.

Jenboro is currently building 4 apartment complexes in the Bole Bulbula area. The company starts selling apartments at 70% completion giving our clients something tangible.

Jenboro Real Estate successfully delivered the first building site on February 26, 2022. The high demand led to the development of the next three building that are currently in development.

Jenboro Real Estate is expanding beyond the Bole Bulbula area and plans to build more apartment complexes in other neighborhoods in the coming year.

Purpose

The Sales Officer will be responsible meet those sales goals that the sales department and the management team has set for the company. He/she will be providing the reports and ensure that the goal set for the department has been meet. He/she will be undergoing trainings on Customer service and serve as the client’s needs and wants.

Typical Responsibilities - Key end Results of the Position:

  • Analyze the territory/ market’s potential, track sales and status reports

  • Supply the sales representative with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  •  Researching prospective accounts in target markets

  • Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle

  • Undergo Customer Service trainings

  • Present, promote and sell Apartments using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationship

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

Dealing with Problems:

The Sales officer should have a high degree of problem analysis for both external and internal environments in order to propose viable solution which is in line with the company’s rules and regulations.

Customer Services Skills:

The Sales Officer should have attention to detail, must be an active Lister and be able to understand what the customer wants and needs. He/she must Improve the customer experience and build customer loyalty

Communications and Working Relationships:

Internally: Business Development Department, Management Staff, other inter-related department

Externally: Hired Marketing firm, Clients, and other stake holders

Job Requirements

Education & Experience

  • BA/MSc in Marketing Management, Business Management or other related Social Sciences studies.

  • At least 1-2 years’ years of experience in sales and marketing preferably in real estate,

  • Experience in digital data collection, reporting and meeting deadlines

Minimum qualifications Skills & Attributes

  • Specific knowledge of real estate marketing

  • Refined professional writing and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster collaborative relationships with employees, highly approachable and responsive in nature.

  • Ability to work with programme staff of varied skills, experience, and background at all levels.

  • Being able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.

  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills.

  • Independent, self-starter; makes informed decisions without constant direction.

  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office required.

  • High accuracy and attention to detail.
