Purpose of the Job: Manage the overall ticketing function, ensuring a high-performing ticketing service, maximizing revenue across all stations and ensuring excellent internal communications flow with appropriate teams across the organization.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Provide coaching to ensure high-quality service levels are achieved and all policies and procedures are correctly applied;

• Oversees ticket sales, allocation and coordination of seat assignments, and distribution of season tickets and single tickets;

• Handle Issuing and re-issuing of tickets, including refunds;

• Provide front-line support and ongoing training to frontline ticket-selling staff;

• Accountable for the accurate and timely submission of cash-outs;

• Responsible for all cash and cash equivalents in the ticketing area;

• Provide regular sales reports and insights to the department manager;

• Supervise all front desk activity to optimize all guest interactions into potential sales outcomes;

• Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.

Educational Background

• Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management and related fields 

  • Prior experience in ticketing, reservation and tourism is highly appreciated

• Enjoys working with people and able to prioritize quickly;

  • Excellent communication and mediation skills;

  • Self-directed and detail oriented;

  • Flexible, punctual, reliable, and confident;

  • Used to handling various ticketing applications

  • Excellent experience in ticketing & booking options

Salary: As per the company scale plus performance bonus
