Delivering Transport projects from concept phase through to project completion (closure).
Support operations on Transmission Network performance and upgrade capacity if required.
Compile project plans, track implementation and manage change requests.
Manage end-to-end logistics (including order management, forecasting, supplier delivery plans, etc.) to ensure equipment is delivered as per rollout plan.
Compile and manage budgets (CAPEX and/or OPEX).
Contract and supplier management.
Facilitate finding solutions to rollout and technical problems.
Compile cost models and evaluate supplier commercial offers.
Gather requirements from business stakeholders and document business and functional requirements.
Identifies resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.
Manages and controls project scope and the change control process to ensure that projects are completed according to schedule.
Coordinates all activities of the project team and ensures that project tasks are completed by: facilitating project-related team meetings, communicating action steps to team, and delivering weekly status reports.
Develops, maintains, and disseminates all project documentation including status reports, invoices, change orders, project schedules, budgets, and post implementation reviews. Ensures that all project documentation is produced in the standard format, follows internal documentation processes, and is reviewed and approved.

5+ years of Project Management experience in a telecommunications organization (in an OpCo or as a vendor to an OpCo) (Essential).
Relevant Engineering Degree or equivalent technical qualification (Essential)
Diploma / certificate in Project Management (Desirable)
In-depth technical knowledge of Transport Technologies and supporting infrastructure (Essential).
End to end technical knowledge of telecommunication networks especially in RAN and Core Network technologies (Essential).
Fluent in English (spoken and writing) (Essential)
Experience working in a fast-paced technology environment.
Proven track record in delivering projects from the requirements analysis phase through the implementation cycle and be able to provide performance measures of success.
Ability to excel in a constantly evolving environment.
Understanding of project dependencies and risk mitigation in multi-discipline projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office software.
