Job Description
Provide network support and resolve network issues;
Provide user support on the various Bank’s system;
Provide support and maintenance on computer, printers, scanners and related devices;
Install and configure computer hardware and required software;
Maintaining user accounts and related security settings centrally from a windows active directory.
Provide network installation and preventive maintenance at branches;
Work closely with other IT team staffs to provide end to end user support and issues resolution;
Offer timely technical support and teach users how to utilize computers and systems correctly.
Reports all security incidents to manager IT division infrastructure.
Configuration and troubleshooting on Routers, Switches and Firewalls.
Perform other related duties as assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements
Graduates of years 2019, 2020 & 2021 G.C. with Bsc Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information technology or other related fields of study with experience of two to three years on IT support and PC maintenance is required.
