We invite qualified applicants for the position of Implementation Manager at one of our clients Huawei Technologies Ethiopia PLC.

The Implementation Manager is Responsible for

• Prepare Personal Improvement Plan

• Confirm site RFI status, update the master plan

• Create DU, Issue PO   

• Update the rollout plan

• Create and dispatch task  

• Monitor Rollout Progress

• Daily Progress Management      

• Monitor GAP, report reason and issue and update plan accordingly

• Monitor PMO documents (acceptance documents)  

• Performance Review  Acceptance

• Report Preparation           

• Customer Interface        

• Achieve target as per the PIP    

• Team management   

• ISDP management maintenance      

• Arrange timely meetings with internal teams and customer.   

Required: - 1 (One)                                     

Job Requirements

Education and Major requirements

• BSc Degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, and related Fields from reputable University.

Other Requirement:-

• Have good working attitude, And required to have good verbal and written communication skill 

Work Experience:-

• 3 - 5 Years of Experience as Implementation Manager

Language Skill: -    

• English is the working Language,
