Duties & Responsibilities:

• Develop a careful and creative program suitable for preschool children

• Observe each child to help them improve their social competencies and build self-esteem

• Guide children to develop their artistic and practical capabilities through a carefully constructed curriculum (identify shapes, numbers or colors, do crafts etc.)

Job Requirement

• Qualification for Main: Diploma or Degree in Preschool Teaching or in Education field, Psychology, Sociology, Special Needs, Nursing, Management, Business, Law, Political Science, and Engineering or in any related fields from recognized institution.

• Qualification for Assist: Preschool teaching certificate, 12th complete, 10+2, Diploma or above in any field and related level from recognized institution.

• Required skills/ability: – responsible, caring, patient, love to teach, communicable, strong ethical code, willing to learn adapt with school culture and fluency in English language. Experienced candidates are more desirable. Also priority is given for candidates who are graduated in education stream

Experience: – 2 years and above for Main.   0 year & above for Assist

• Sex: – Female

• Quantity: 10

Salary: – Minimum 5000 birr Plus Attractive & Negotiable

Working Places: – Bethel, Lebu, Karakore, Alemgena, Ayertena.
