Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities
• Support in all HR administration tasks including updating the staff database, arranging interviews, and facilitating the onboarding and induction processes;
• Manage vacancies announcements on different newsletters & social media and other job portals for the timely collection of appropriate resumes;
• Shortlist and screen applications as per the requirement set for the position including conducting background and reference checks;
• Prepare job offer letters, and employment contracts and ensure that all staff filled out the required forms for employment;
• Compile accurate and complete personnel records for new joiners in line with the organization’s HR guidelines and kept it confidential;
• Ensure staff insurance registration and renewals are made in a timely manner;
• Ensure staff are registered and covered by pension fund as per government pension law;
• Handle staff leave management and ensure a timely utilization is in place;
• Conducts exit interviews for leavers; identifies key issues and prepares periodic reports for improvement;
• Review office newsletters and prepare a summary for bids announcement related to the company objectives;
• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondences in a professional manner;
• Prepare and settle monthly government tax dues to the appropriate concerned body;
• Deposit collected cash/checks to respective bank account and report to finance unit;
• Follow-up payments status with the client by consulting the finance officer;
• Perform other duties assigned by your supervisor

Job requirements

Academic qualification 
• Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Management or related fields

Additional qualifications 
• Proficiency in English, both writing and speaking is essential 
• Excellent inter and Intra-personal communication skills
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and have a positive attitude
• Excellent time management skill and well-organized
• should have solid organizational skills and be familiar with HR functions.

Years of experience: 
• 2+ years’ experience in the similar fields, Human Resource, management administration
Salary:
 As per the company scale
