Job Description
Hotel Cassiopeia is a four star hotel in the heart of Bole sub-city. Our hotel has 119 spacious rooms, two meeting halls, a stylish open restaurant, and a lounge. It also has an elegant lobby bar and a coffee shop for both external and internal guests to relax in. Furthermore, our hotel is 1 kilometer away from Bole International Airport.

Qualifications
Degree in Accounting, Food & Beverage Management, front office or marketing from recognized university, Hotel Institute or College level 5.
At least 3 years and above work experience in a 5 or 4 star Hotel in Food & Beverage, front office manager, duty manager or related positions.
Fluent spoken & written English
Great leadership skill and an excellent team player
Complain handling and ability to make decision with solution
Great interpersonal skill and Passion for the industry
Great skill in computer and able to work with Microsoft office and other programs
Very good understanding of Hotel Financial Operation
Working knowledge and have a strong skill of IDS or Other similar PMS systems
