Job Description

The Monitoring and Evaluation Officer collect data on a regular basis to measure achievement against the performance indicators. Check data quality with partners. Maintain and administer the M&E database; analyze and aggregate findings. Support project progress reporting, project mid-term review and final evaluation.

Job Requirements

Education: MA/MSC Or BA/BSC in Economics, Statistics, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, and other related fields of study.

Experience: Minimum of one year experience for MA/MSC holder and three years of experience for BA/BSC holder in financial sector specifically banking industry in the areas of planning, monitoring and evaluation, performance report preparation, database management, financial analysis, forecasting, balanced scorecard implementation and related areas.
