Job Description
Monitoring and Evaluation Specialists are responsible for designing, developing, and implementing strategies to measure the effectiveness of programs and services. They must have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and organizational abilities.
Job Requirements
Education: MA/MSC Or BA/BSC in Economics, Statistics, Management, Business Management, Business Administration, and other related fields of study.
Experience: Minimum of three years’ experience for MA/MSC holder and five years of experience for BA/BSC holder in financial sector specifically banking industry in the areas of planning, monitoring and evaluation, performance report preparation, database management, financial analysis, forecasting, balanced scorecard implementation and related areas.
Job Location: Head Office
