Currently, it has External vacancy for the role of EOSH Coordinator and is looking for passionate, capable and competent candidates who are prepared to work with passion and focus. The incumbent will report directly to the respective SHEQ Manager and will be responsible for coordinating and managing the EOSH system inclusive of all internal as well as external audits and corrective action across all functions, capabilities, and sites within the organization.

Key Outputs and Accountabilities;

• Construct a SHE system implementation plan – liaise with SHEQ Manager and Business Systems Coordinator
• Enforce compliance with local legal and KORE requirements
• Coordinate and administer the Health & Safety committee meeting
• Coordinate and ensure review of plant risk assessment
• Ensure the logging of corrective actions applicable to the SHE system
• Ensure incident investigations are done for all incidents
• Liaise with the Clinic regarding H&S statistics
• Updated EOSH statistics/incident
• Updated EPM statistics
• Schedule & organize legal surveys and audits and implementation of action plans
• Ensure effective SHE communication in the plant, to external warehouse, and distribution centers
• Ensure SHE training is conducted for all levels in all functions
• Assist all functions with writing of procedures and updating of documents
• SHE induction of new employees, visitors and contractors conducted

Job Requirements

First Degree in Chemical Engineering/Chemistry/Environmental science with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience in manufacturing environment.
