Ahununu Express Service is currently providing a full-fledged logistics services. Our service is characterized by fast, reliable & affordable merits. All our deliveries to branch cities are on a next day arrival basis. A transit insurance is guaranteed to all deliveries via road transport.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain a proper documentation of all Docs pertaining to outgoing/incoming parcels and miscellaneous correspondences;
Submitting operational reports (Manifest, delivery proof and customer registry log books)
Reporting daily sales and expenditure summaries on written report.
Involving on marketing campaigns as directed by the commercial manager.
Comprehend inquiries, receive and resolve client concerns and complaints as can as possible
Depositing daily sales and collecting petty cash from bank for operational expenditures.
Perform your duty in cooperation with your co-worker to the extent that you could replace him/her role in times of leave.
Complying and Showing Vigilance to new directives and operational procedures that the company cascades to meet the strategic goals set aside.
Qualification and Experience:
Bachelor degree in Management, Logistics and supply chain, transport Management or any business related field with 0 years’ experience.
Salary: Negotiable/ Attractive
