Customer Service Executive relay extensive product information to customers. Closing sales for the company. Filing customer records, including contact information, purchases and billings. Conducting surveys and writing reports based on customer feedback on products and services.

Job Requirements

Qualifications: BA Degree in Accounting & Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Management, Economics, Marketing Management, and related fields.

Work Experience: 1(one) year of experience in banking operation as CSO, CSR, CSE or related position.
