Develops and implements methods to record, assess, and analyze customer feedback. Develops and implements training and quality assurance programs for new hires and experienced employees.
Job Requirement
Education: BA Degree in Marketing or Business Management or Banking & Insurance or Economics or in related fields
Experience: 7 years relevant experience, of which 3 years in Senior Officer or 4 years in Officer II or in a similar position
Place of Work : Head Office, Addis Ababa
