Job Description
The Customer Service Supervisor is responsible to countersigns on tickets/vouchers and authorizes transactions, to follow up all cheque clearance activities, and accounts of suspense nature, to ensure and follow up reconciliation of accounts;
Educational Level and work Experience: BA degree in Economics/ Accounting/ Management/Business Administration/Finance and Accounting or business related field of study with a minimum of 3 years of experience in banking operations
