Spa Managers are responsible for managing the operations of spas. Their duties include being the main aesthetician carrying out the body and facial treatments, supervising the maintenance of the facility, creating budget reports, and developing marketing campaigns.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Managing resources and staff, developing sales goals, delivering good customer service and growing the revenues and day to day activities

• Manage outside appointment bookings which include traveling, security, POS systems, equipment storage & maintenance.

• Maintain club cleanliness, manage expenses, maximize profit, and create a positive environment for both members and employees.

• Perform facials, hand treatments, foot treatments, anti-aging, chemical peels and microdermabrasion treatments for clients.

• oversees all aspects of running a spa, including the staff, finances, and facility management

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing Management

• Write and speak English fluently and have a good communication skill.

Experience:

• 2 year experience in a similar role
