Position 1: Junior Customer Service Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration or related fields.

Experience: One or more Years of Work Experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous. 

Required No: 16

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Dessie, Kombolcha, Wegedi, Mekane Selam, Mersa, Batti and Bistima ( Werebabo), Sankura and Tepi

Note: 

• COC related to the position is Advantageous

• Training in IFB is Advantageous.
