Position 3: Senior Customer Service  Officer

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience: Three (3) years of Banking operation experience. Knowledge of IFB will be advantageous.

Required No: 5

Duty Station: Addis Ababa, Sankura, and Tepi

 Note: 

  • COC related to the position is Advantageous

  • Training in IFB is Advantageous.
