Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering or in a related field of study with relevant work experience in garment manufacturing or a related industry. Duties & Responsibilities: - Supervise and coordinate garment production operations on the factory floor. - Ensure production targets are met in terms of quantity, quality, and delivery time. - Maintain high standards of quality control and resolve any production issues. - Monitor the performance of production staff and provide coaching where necessary. - Collaborate with the design and technical teams to ensure product specifications are met. - Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards within the production area.
