Purpose:

• Responsible for overall transaction of the FG & NTM warehouse (receiving, Put Away, issuing and return of stock), responsible for the wellbeing of the stock in the store especially responsible for the outbound and inbound stock transaction accuracy, responsible for the overall EHS compliance within the premises of the warehouse.

Main Areas of Responsibility:

• Prepare the list of items to dispatch/issue on a daily/shift basis and provide/advise the list to the FG & NTM warehouse Operator for the proper pick-up and release according to FEFO.

• Receiving of consignment: Ensure store stock transaction and recording accuracy (Receives, Put Away, issues and return), pre-receiving, unloading, verification and Pallet Label printing and labeling (digital input into the WMS).

• Verification of received items (checking qty received, description of goods, product code, and condition of consignment-whether damaged or not.

• Checks the quality, quantity, label and other measures of the purchased items against quality standards & purchase documents such as PR, PO & shipping documents. 

• Initiate appropriate action to address any damage, loss or short consignment and inform the FG&NTM warehouse supervisor and relevant managers about the physical inspection.

• Put Away of the stock: Ensure the received consignment is placed properly to the proposed warehouse location (Bin location) according to FEFO.

• Storage: ensure the wellbeing of stock items by ensuring that stock items are properly placed and are protected from dirt, damage, fire, theft, etc.

• Picking and issuing of the stock: picking and transferring stock to the dispatching area and to the shop floor according to FEFO.

• Ensure proper & safe functioning of material handling and storage equipment's in the WH, Responsible for safety and ergonomic of all activities in NTM/FG warehouse, Clean the forklift and warehouse machines, ensure proper charging of the forklift and machines, as scheduled or required, ensure that fire extinguishers are usable and are easily accessible.

• Conduct monthly, quarterly and annual inventory count, checks and reconciles actual stock items against NAV balances and generate reports.

• Accountable for the stock in the warehouse.

Others

• Manage various tasks and projects as they arise and upon manager’s request

Job Requirements

Education:

• Diploma or Level IV in Management / Accounting or related field

• Forklift operating license and training mandatory

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in related fields.
