Net & Com specializes in infrastructure, software and Technical support for both hardware and software, in addition to providing consultancy services in Information Technology.

 Sales representatives present and sell items or services to organizations, businesses, or government agencies. They contact potential buyers and prepare a demo presentation about the products and services.

Job Title  - Pre –sales representative

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers

  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships

  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling

  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction

  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule

  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments

  • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales, and status reports

  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

  • Generating leads and Meeting or exceeding sales goals.

  • Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.

  • Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.

  • Preparing weekly and monthly reports.

  • Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.

  • Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.

  • Understanding and promoting company programs.  Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

  • Preparing and submitting sales contracts for orders.

  • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.

  • Maintaining Client records.

  • Perform other duties as when assigned  

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field

  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office

  • Familiarity with BRM and CRM practices along with the ability to build productive business professional relationships

  • Highly motivated and target is driven with a proven track record in sales

  • Excellent selling, negotiation, and communication skills

  • Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills

  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience's needs
