Primary Qualifications/Job description for (planner position):
Degree/experience /skills:
University degree in engineering , having min 10 years of experience in construction management/planning , with contract background as advantage
MS Project, Primavera P6 , MS Office
Professional qualifications :
Review/comment on design/construction program in terms of its links between activities, critical path and phasing/interfacing ..
Study /analysis of extension of time due to delay events and/or changes to the scope of works.
Re-structuring the program into sections/parts in order to assessing the impact of any event/change on each section/part.
Investigations of delays attributable to the Contractor /concurrent delays
Impacted as-planned analysis technique , by inserting all delay events/changes (Inserting a fragnet of each delay event) into the baseline or as-planned program for determining /quantifying the impacts of these events/changes on the overall completion and the respective responsibility as apportioned between the Employer and the Contractor , resulting in final conclusion of excusable , compensable and non-excusable delays.
