Qingdao Sintitech Machinery Co.,Ltd is a company registered in China , Mainly engaged in the manufacturing of construction and industrial equipment spares. Ethiopia Branch office was set up in 2018, with five years of development, the company has expanded its business to most of the leading Companies. This position shall focus on ICB tender sales.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.

• Oversee and lead the activities of the Sales team

• Conducts performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.

• Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy.

• Setting individual sales targets with the sales team.

• Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.

• Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education.

• Experienced with preparing the tender document

• Visiting clients frequently and closely managing customer relationship

• Tracking sales goals and reporting progress as necessary

Developing and managing the marketing budget.

Job Requirements

• At least five year of working experience is a must

• Fluent English both in writing and oral

• Good sense of interpersonal skills

• Technical education background is preferable

 Candidate with working experience of Ethiopian State Owned Company or Organizations like

Sugar Industries , Ethiopian Petroleum, Ethiopian Shipping Line , Ethiopian Engineering , etc is preferable
