Role Description:

  • Junior Project Managers assists in the management of multiple projects while providing project management advice to companies and organizations. They coordinate projects, schedules, track the progress of projects and report their results.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for controlling day to day activities of the existing project,

  • Monitoring progress

  • Allocating resources

  • Keeping stakeholders informed through out the project life cycle

  • Intersect with a certain list of knowledge including project development, human resource, communication, reporting and stakeholder management

  • Handling a high dynamic working environment.

  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.

  • Oversee the development of existing and new projects.

  • Coordinate with external and internal parties for the execution of projects

  • Managing existing projects and ensure all project are delivered on time

Required Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proposal Writing

  • Team work & Leadership

  • Time Management

  • Good working knowledge of computer operations

  • Presentation skills

  • Strong oral and writing skills in both English and Amharic

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information System, Project Management, Business Management, Business Administration or in a related field of study

  • Fluency in written and oral English Language is Mandatory
