Job Description: -

• To ensure that all company minimum brand standards have been implemented.

• To monitor Bakery and Pastry standards in all outlets and banquets

• To frequently verify that only fresh products are used in Bakery and Pastry preparation.

• To frequently taste bakery and pastry products in all outlets and be demanding and critical when it comes to Food and Beverage quality.

• To establish and enforce sanitation standards for the kitchen.

• To respond to the results of the Consumer Audit and ensures that the relevant changes are implemented.

• To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the Bakery Kitchen to the standard set. Please note that Master Task Lists are reviewed and changed on a regular basis reflecting change in trends, guest expectations and operating philosophies.

• To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered by the restaurant.

• To ensure that the Place of Work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.

• To monitor operating supplies and reduce spoilage and wastage.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Certificate in cooking from a recognized college is required COC Certification is mandatory.

• Minimum 2 years' work experience in specific culinary tasks related to food preparation.

• Basic food preparation skills

• Good Hygiene knowledge

• Ability to work with team.

• Good Communication skill
