Job Description
Insurance claims managers lead the team of insurance claims officers to ensure they handle insurance claims properly and efficiently. They deal with more complex customer complains and assist with fraudulent cases. Insurance claims managers work with insurance brokers, agents, loss adjusters and customers.
Job Requirement
Educational Qualification: BA/B.SC Degree in Management, Economics, Statistics, and Accounting or in related fields from a recognized University or College.
Experience: Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience in insurance operation of which 4 years in senior position.
Number required: 3(three)
Place of work: Addis Ababa
