Major Responsibility

• Maintain a clear accounting and documentation process for each shipment

• Monitor and review physical inventory of all secondary warehouses under his/her supervision for monthly reconciliation

• Check all the receipt, dispatch, requisition pads, way bills, distribution center visit report, distribution lists and prepare the monthly Commodity Status Reports (CSR), Recipient Status Reports (RSR) and Loss Status Reports (LSR)

• Work closely in close collaboration with field monitors and stock keepers

• Collect all the receipts & issue summary and verify physical inventory of all warehouse

• Enhance data integrity within the CTS system and ensure a smooth operation of the system.

• Ensure all warehouses documents (physical inventory, stacking, ledger books and stack cards) well recorded and the balance reconciled each other. 

• Ensure that each commodity reports (CSR, RSR and LSR) are accurate and reliable for the completion of the monthly and quarterly reports

• Ensure the required data at field level well organized and provided feedback appropriate action to be taken on time 

• Commodity book balances are checked timely & matched with the actual stock in the warehouses and explanations provided for any variances

Job Requirements

Required Education, training, license, registration, and certification

• BA Degree in Accounting, Economics, Business Management and any other related fields.

Required Professional Experience

• Minimum of 1-year previous experience in a related position as Commodity Stock controller/accountant /Data clerk                                               

Travel and/or Work Environment Requirement

• Office-based with frequent travel to the field
