Job Description

HR Business Partner Supervisor provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions). Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention. Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification:  B.A Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Management, Business Administration, Banking & Finance or related fields of study.

Work Experience & Required Skills:  7 years of relevant Work experience of which 2 years in Senior positions.

Place of Work: Hossaena, Jimma, Hawassa and City District Offices
