OVID Business Development works with different business units within OVID Group. The unit runs a number of projects and manages several undertakings simultaneously. Design is one of the major elements in construction and real estate business development process.

The design coordinator is expected to hold together all of the parts in the design process, ensure everyone 

involved in the process is working towards the same goal and designs meet identified project requirements. The coordinator will work with clients, designers, and internal and external stakeholders .

Duties and Responsibilities 

• Identify and collect project requirements, including employer’s, regulatory, construction, 

• and business concept related

•  Coordinate with clients to understand design requirements and translating them into 

• actionable tasks for designers

•  Follow up the entire design process from start to finish

•  Consult with clients every step of the way

•  Participate in brainstorming sessions with designers/consultants (internal/external) to 

• develop new product/design concepts or design improvements

•  Ensure that all designs meet employer’s requirements, design guidelines and standards, 

• regulatory requirements, construction and technological requirements, and are 

• consistent with OVID’s business concept

•  Prepare design review report and present to relevant team members, management and 

• relevant internal stakeholders 

•  Assist in the selection of design consultants and in drafting contract agreements for 

• design works

•  Assist in the preparation of cost estimates and project proposal documents 

•  Undertake the graphic design of proposal documents, promotional materials and other 

• documents, as the Business Development Process requires 

•  Review graphic design of produced documents for aesthetic appeal and adherence to 

• brand guidelines

• Ensure design documents, proposals and other printable documents are in accordance 

• with printing requirements and printouts are delivered on time 

• Manage the company’s inventory of images and other design elements used in 

• promotional materials

Job Requirements

Qualifications 

•  Bachelor's degree in Architecture.

• 2 years of work experience in architectural design.

•  Experience in graphic design, including extensive knowledge of all Adobe and other 

• graphics programs as well as Revit and other architectural software

•  Attention to detail to ensure tasks are completed thoroughly and correctly

•  Creativity 

• Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and manage 

• multiple projects at once.

•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

•  Strong problem-solving skills and analytical abilities.

•  The willingness to work extended hours when needed.

•  Proficiency in writing and proposal drafting skills
