JOB SUMMARY: Dispensing medicine and contraceptive according to existing rules and regulation of FGAE and the directive of the Nurse or the Doctor . maintain minimum stock level, minimum order level, and inform and request for replenishment; Maintain Dispensary item lists, stock lists accurately and with due care;.
RESPONSIBILITY & TASKS:1. Responsible for the up-keep of all contraceptive and medical supplies and equipment;2. Responsible for the request and purchase of drugs and other medicament;3. Ensure that all kinds of contraceptive medical supplies are available in adequate     quality and keeps proper records of stock;4. issues the right kinds of supplies, contraceptive and medicament according to the prescriptions given;5. Gives proper explanation and direction to clients on the type of contraceptives of medicament issued;6. Ensure that contraceptives and other medical supplies are utilized before their expiry dates;7. Ensure that all types of medicines and supplies and properly kept and maintained;8. Prepare and submits stock report as per the Association's rules and regulations;9. Prepare  and disburses stock in consultation with the concerned units and approval of the Clinical Director 10. Performs such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned .

Job Requirements

Qualification:   College Diploma in Pharmacy Technology/Druggist

Experience :    5 Years
