Job Description
Job Summary
He/She is responsible to Handle the performance management cycle process from start to end and monitor timely and accurate completion of the appraisals (e.g. forms and templates, communication); Design entire performance management cycle along with its associated policies and procedure implementation of individual PMS across the Bank; Handle all succession planning and management activities, coordinates coaching for managers in successor pools, and the graduate trainee program; Develop career path planning and guidance on leaders’ individual development plans; Proactively designs and monitors workforce analytics and ensures employee data integrity; Design and update competency framework in coordination with the departments in line with the Bank’s strategic direction and functional objectives; Prepare assessment report of succession planning program metrics; Manage and coordinate Human Capital strategies implementation in head office, regions and branch Contribute to the development and integration of competency models within the Performance Management System Undertake generic duties of the Division (planning, budgeting, coaching and mentoring, supervision, reporting, performance appraisal).
Job Requirement
Required Education and Experience: Master’s degree in Management, Business Administration or related field, with six (6) years of experience of which two (2) years should be at supervisory position; OR Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business Administration or related field, with six (8) years of experience of which two (2) should be at supervisory position;
