Job Description
Oversee and the ability to cost all food and beverage items and where practical, input these costs into the point of sales system. Prepare monthly theoretical food and beverage cost of sales. Prepare and all food and beverage costs on a monthly basis and recommend alternatives to improve costs.
BA Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management from recognized University/College or Diploma in F&B Controlling
Minimum of 3 years work experience in Food & Beverage Controlling in a 5 or 4 star Hotel.
Computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office & other programs Good spoken & written English
Following is essential
Fluent in Spoken & Written English
Excellent Team player
Great interpersonal skill and passion for the industry
Positive attitude to the job and keen to learn and grow
